APPLICATION PROCESS:
- File your natural nails down and gently buff the surface to remove shine and create texture.
- Push back cuticles gently with the wooden stick.
- Use a prep pad to remove dust, moisture, and oil from your nails.
- Choose the right size for each finger by placing the artificial nail on top of your natural nail, making sure the artificial tip covers your nail.
- Stick the adhesive inside the artificial nail and remove the protective film.
- Place on your nail and press for 15 seconds.
- File the nails down to your desired length.
- Avoid contact with water for two hours.
Unopened items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unaltered, and packaging intact. We are not able to refund the original shipping cost for any returns.
If you would like to make a return, please e-mail us at admin@nailjunkie21.com specifying your order number and which items you will be returning. The shipping cost to return the item must be covered by the buyer. Once we receive the item, we will carefully inspect it. Nail Junkie will not issue any refunds for items that arrive at our facility damaged in any way, as they are no longer re-sellable.
If the return is approved, we will process your refund and a credit will be automatically applied to the original form of payment within 10 business days.

**Please note that the post office can toss packages around, causing damage to your return. Please be mindful of this when packaging your return to mail back to us. We cannot re-sell damaged packaging, therefore no refunds can be processed for damaged/opened packages.**
REFUNDS:
Following our return policy, once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation e-mail for your return containing the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment within 10 business days.
EXCHANGES:
We are currently unable to process exchanges. If a product is defective, a complimentary replacement set or gift card for the value of the product will be issued.
**We must receive proof of damaged item. Damage must be on the actual product. Packaging damaged during shipping will not qualify for returns, refunds, or exchanges.**
